These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Website”), operated by Lim Hui Wen Jowie (CEA Reg. No. R068323Z) of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008899K) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Nature of the Website

This is an independent property marketing website operated by Lim Hui Wen Jowie (CEA Registration No. R068323Z), a salesperson with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008899K). It provides general information about Springleaf Residence. It is not the official website of the developer and is not operated by the developer.

Huttons Asia Pte Ltd has been appointed by the developer as an authorised marketing agency. Under that appointment, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd and its registered salespersons, including Lim Hui Wen Jowie, may market and advertise the development and respond to enquiries. Lim Hui Wen Jowie does not act or speak on behalf of the developer.

Lim Hui Wen Jowie is registered with the Council for Estate Agencies and can be verified on the CEA Public Register.

2. Information is for general reference only

All content on the Website — including prices, price ranges, per-square-foot figures, unit availability, unit mix, floor areas, floor plans, site plans, facilities, renderings, images, distances, travelling times, tenure, and estimated dates — is provided for general information only, is indicative, and is subject to change without notice. Visuals may be artists’ impressions and may differ from the completed development. Floor areas are approximate and may be subject to final survey.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, representation or warranty, and nothing forms part of any offer or contract. You should verify all information and refer to the developer’s official documents (including the price list, sale and purchase agreement and related documents) before making any decision. Errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE).

3. Not professional, financial or legal advice

Content on the Website is not financial, investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, and does not take into account your personal circumstances. Any figures relating to loans, stamp duties (including ABSD/BSD), TDSR/MSR, rental, yield or capital appreciation are illustrative only and not guaranteed.
